I'm trying to install Vault 2011 on a brand new server running Windows SBS 2008 SP2, but I'm receiving the same error as described in this post:

Unfortunately, the suggested solution does not work for me (it was already set to 'Allow'). Also, the installation process hoses my IIS config and breaks all of my other sites (companyweb, OWA, etc). I have to perform a restore using appcmd.exe after every failed installation.
I'm using port 8181, which I've opened in the firewall. After every failed installation, I also have to reboot, otherwise it fails the pre-installation checks.
Any ideas?
