Vasari Beta 3 installation problems

I cannot install vasari beta 3.  The installation stops at 13 of 14 ( see attached).  Any suggestions

how long have you been waiting?

depending on your internet connection this can take several hours

your downloading several gigs of data

My Solar and Climate Analysis is not working nor does it have the Eco-Tect icon shown on all the tutorials. I have VAsari Beta 3. What is going on?
