Valid license could not be obtain.Error[1.5-18]

The code is Error[1.5-18].I am using autocad 2008.Other software that using lmtools is working fine but not autocad 2008.We have remove services and setup the flexlm services 1 again. Force stop and start the server again.But it is same.
Note:We are using server window 2000.

Please advice.

Did you load or append your license file correctly, and make sure LMtools is
pointing to it? And do the Reread License File in LMtools?

Thanks for your respone.I have check the license file path which is confirm valid and i also have click the reread button.The result is same.I also have try solution at following link but same error appears.It is possible the license file corrupted?Because the server have been suddenly shutdown because of power failure.After restart server,all the client pc unable to start the autocad 2008 with error message 1.5,-18

Try extending the FLEXLM_TIMEOUT variable using the following steps. I have
run into this also and it fixed the problem.

1.. Right-click My Computer. Click Properties.
2.. In the System Properties dialog box, click the Advanced tab.
3.. On the Advanced tab, click Environment Variables.
4.. In the Environment Variables dialog box, under System Variables, click
New.
5.. In the New User Variable dialog box, enter FLEXLM_TIMEOUT for the name
and 1000000 for the value.
6.. Click OK to close each dialog box.
7.. Launch the Autodesk application.

If you haven't already then check your license server to see what it says.
However one possible cause is that the license server binaries are too old.
Be sure to use the latest copy.

That is correct. The number listed in the error code shows that the feature is not supported. This is most likely caused by a new license on an old license server, or the license not appearing at all. For AutoCAD 2008 to work, your License Manager needs to be running version 11.4 and you have to correctly append your 2008 Increment to your existing license file. Do a server status enquiry and make sure that your 2008 licenses are showing up correctly.

-18 License server system does not support this feature.
