V-Ray for Sketch up installation issue

I am able to install V-Ray for Sketch up in Administrator Login and its working fine but when i login to Local user, i am not able to find and launch V-Ray tools there. please guide me where i did mistake in installation. i need to use V-Ray in local login.

V-Ray is not an autodesk product

you will have better luck posting on chaos groups forum: http://forums.chaosgroup.com/

thats who develops v-ray
