"Blocked" status is new to me; I don't know.
There are several reasons the license can become corrupted after a
successful import. One of them is if the system date is different between
the two PCs (by more than a day).
You can always recreate the transfer file or code if necessary by rerunning
the export on the source PC. You will only be able to export to the same PC
as before. I don't think that will help this situation, since you said the
import was successful.
When you have problems like this, call Support or your reseller, not the
Auth Codes department. You've burned through all your online codes before
asking for help.
You can test export/import with just one PC. Export to yourself! This
removes the license from use by the product, and packages it for export.
Import it back, and you're done.

Problem probably raised when we were trying to test exporting license (one
standalone) with PLU. Three online activation were lost in that action
because we did not know about this possibility:-(
Now we have one source workstation with activated AutoCAD Map 3D 2008 with
one license with status "standalone - blocked". When we try to move license
to second destination workstation process is finishing with message about
successful import but opening AutoCad it does not see imported license -
wants to activate product. Opening PLU again shows that imported license is
corrupted.
We reinstalled AutoCAD on these two machine with cleaning directories and
registry entries connected with AutoCAD and getting new activation code but
it did not help. License status on source workstation is still "standalone -
blocked" and export/import process is unsuccessful.
What does mean "standalone - blocked" license status???
Any suggestions what to do?
