Using AutoCAD if WAN link is down

If you have a distributed license server setup, but for some reason an office can't access the WAN (even with a redundant connection this occasionally happens) is there any way for that office to be able to use AutoCAD whilst waiting for the network connection to be restored?

Include a local server as part of the distribution?

This works very well.... Prority set the var in regsitry (sys var) with
policies or something to fail over to site to site to site. Your local site
will be priority (the first one). This is mainly for a local server
failure, but can also prevent your issue from arrising.

For training purposes, it is required that the offices on our WAN to borrow licenses to prevent down-time as a result of this unforseen problem.
