Upgrading NT4.0 server to Win2000 ADLM concerns?

First some background: Civil Engineering firm running 6 Acad 2000i and 6
LDD2i seats using ADLM on NT4.0 server.

The IT department of our main office says it's time to upgrade my server
from NT4.0 to Win2K Server. I'm primarily concerned with our ADLM after the
upgrade to the Server. Is the NT version of ADLM I'm currently using
compatible with Win2K Server?

What problems should I be expecting if any....

Thanks for any help, I can get on this.....

1) you'll need a full backup of the C:\drive just in case.
2) i would perform the Upgrade of Win2000, not a complete re-install-from scratch, because then you are sure to need a compete re-registration
3) it may be that you need to upgrade the adsksys.dll also. You can find it, so it seems,at
