Update will not download

AutoCAD 2013 LT Windows 7 Chrome. The other day I received a baloon explaining an update was available. I clicked the baloon, an Explorer browser opened. The yellow bar across the bottom notified of blocked content, I clicked Allow. Then it jst sits there blank. Even after several minutes no action is apparent. I've tried this several times over the past few weeks and the result is always the same. Checking the Stay Connected menu always shows a product update is available. Am I just not leaving the Explorer page up long enough? Is anything supposed to show in the Explorer page during the download? All ideas, suggestions, comments will be greatly appreciated.
