Update Issues

I am trying to install an update to fix the missing panels on my ribbon in my Revit 2013, I have downloaded a ton of updates and tried to install them and I get the message saying that the program for this update isnt on my machine and make sure I have the correct update file. How do I even find the right one?! I've looked forever and I cant find one. My program just says Revit 2013. Not revit architecture or structure or any of the rest. Just plain Revit 2013. How do I find out what kind of Revit I have and what is the right update for it? I need help, Thanks!

if your using just revit
there is a specific update for it

Thank you! I couldnt just find the updates for plain Revit
