Unsubscribing from these topics

Agh, how do I unsubscribe from a topic I followed six months ago? Topic option only lets me subscribe, I tried turning that on and off, even turned off global subscriptions settings alltogether

Topic subscription email notifications can be configured / removed under "My Settings" -> "Subscriptions & Bookmarks" -> "Email Subscriptions".
