Uninstalling Maya 2011

While rendering a scene I recieved a fatal Mental Ray error. Tried turning off Mental Ray and then restarted the computer. Relaunched Maya and the same error persisted. Opened a new scene, made a polygon cube and tried using a Mental Ray Material, as soon as I clicked on the attributes Maya froze, this happened several times. I attempted to uninstall the Maya software to reinstall a clean version and am unable to remove the software, I get an error from Maya uninstall and also the same error using the add/remove function through the control panel (error: 1:25 adlmpitremoveproductinformation 3:12).

Now I'm unable to access the Maya software at all. I also tried using the Liscense Transfer Utility and nothing happens when I click it.

you could also try to delete the CascadeInfo.cas file from this folder. (C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ADLM)
