Uninstalling AutoCad Architectuer 2010

I simply want to uninstall AutoCad Architecture 2010 because I will be performing a CLEAN INSTALL of Windows 7 on my laptop.  I need to know is there any sort of process of deactivation or licensing that I have to do with my CURRENTLY INSTALLED software BEFORE I uninstall it and begin formatting my laptop.  Since there is no one on phone support that is willing to give me any answer regarding this question, can someone here please help.

You can use LTU before you uninstall / reinstall the OS

 

video shows how to do it.
