I need to uninstall Civil 3d 2009 in order to make room for the new installation. I have attempted to log this in the subscription center under Installation category but many of the option pull downs are blank and it will not let me submit or it tells me Oops! Something went wrong, but it does not tell me what
I attempted to uninstall the software several times and received a message that a network address was unavailable and it would not let me continue. (The network address was accessible in windows explorer.) I then used Microsoft fixit for install-uninstall errors and was told registry errors had been corrected and program was uninstalled. Now the program still appears in Control Panel but if I attempt to uninstall I am told the uninstall command only works on software installed on the system. If a select to shortcut on the desktop for Civil 3d 2009, the program boots as usual.
