Unable to locate download for purchased license

I recently purchased AutoCAD Civil 3D 2014 through a vendor, with one year subscription. I have logged into my Autodesk account using my 1 year subscription serial number but am unable to find a download for my Civil 3D software. I tried creating a new account using the serial number for the Civil 3D software and I received a message stating downloading was restricted by my account manager. I'm assuming this is because my Civil 3D software is linked to my Autodesk account and so I need to download the installer through there. I've left support tickets. Maybe they will get back to me in 2 days. I would appreciate any help. How do I get my software? JJ

go this route:

You can access most current + previous supported version Browser Download links (including the Design & Creation Suites) through Matt, Autodesks Virtual Assistant. http://autodesk.creativevirtual15.com/autodesk/bot.html?isJSEnabled=1&businessArea=Root.Front%20Desk...
>download links> Autocad Products>Civil 3D
Please accept as a solution if this fully resolves the issue

If you can log into your Subscription account, have a look at the Subscription settings.  There are several user settings which determine what you can do, so you could have users which can submit service requests but not download software.  If you are the only person on this account (ie. its not purchased by your employer) then you should be the contract administrator with full priviledges.  If you can't get to the appropriate settings, your reseller or Subscription support should be able to help out getting your things straight.
