Unable to load profile file

Hi, after having to use window system restore I am getting the the following error message, CAD loads but without any of the tool bars.

 

''Unable to load profile file, some profile information saved in last session may not be restored''

 

its a stand alone version of 2011LT

 

any ideas

repair reinstall LT2011: what triggered the need for a system restore?

I did a system restore to undo a windows update which seemingly corrupted my internet access.

Otherwise I have tried to repair 2011LT, should I uninstall and reinstall?

well... just uninstalled and reinstalled and guess what
