I just purchased Sketchbook Pro for my Mac from Amazon.
I downloaded the installer and when prompted, I out in the serial number and product key precisely, but the OK button never lights up.
I am a VERY expereinced Mac user for many many years.
It will not accept the serial - I have no blank spaces - I ahve copied and pasted, and typed it in manually.
I am beyond frustrated that I cannot call Autodesk and have a real person address this issue,

This issue is typically associated with OS X version and can be resolved by installing the most current version of SketchBook Pro. Can you please do so via the previous link and let me know if you're then able to activate?
Nope. Still does not work. I am giving up - I thought it would be useful for my wife.
She works at a local library and it would be useful when creating flyers.
Next time I will stick with real software on a CD and install that way.
Online is simply not working.
In case you're still interested in troubleshooting, can you verify the OS X version that you're running as well as the SketchBook Pro version that you installed? Can you also attach a screen shot?
