unable to install mechanical simulation

Hello,

I am trying to install Autodesk Mechanical Simulation and there is an error message popping up everytime I try to download.

Is there any way around this? Is there an alternate download link?

Here is the error message

Communication failure

Download and installation has been interrupted by a lost connection between the autodesk website and this computer. The most likely causes are

the installation package was moved from the install location, which is not supported.

the autodesk download website was closed or manually refreshed before the installer launched.

a firewall has blocked the network ports

please address this issues if possible.

return to the website and click again on install now, or use another download method.

I tried creating new user account on windows, and ran into the same problem.

The issue also occures when download any other program from the autodesk site. Any help please??

I would recommend that you try downloading your product using the virtual assistant by following the directions here:
