Unable to install/download Revit 2015

I am a student trying to download/install latest version of REVIT software. The problem Im having is that I have tried all three types of install (Installnow, download and browser) and i get the same message - communication error. i have disabled firewall and followed the instruction.

Do try downloading the Product from our Virtual Agent. Once you reach the Activation Page, just enter the Student Serial # that was generated when you downloaded it from the EDU site.
