I have raised the issue trying to register my copy of Mechanical 6. I have installed it numerous times since first purchased and had no issues. Now have issues as Autodesk has recognised that I have a legitimate licence but don't seem to be reacting to sending me an authorization code from my request code!
I would not think it was that difficult or time consuming. They say they can do it within an hour. well it has been two days now with now update or response!
Does anyone know how I can get some action as I need it for my work and do not want to run out of time on the usage before it shuts down.
