Unable to Export

When using LTU to export my Maya 2015 license, I get the Unable to Export (License is in Use) pop-up, although Maya is not running, indeed I get this after a fresh reboot

You may need to manually activate the software on another computer.  Please follow the steps noted here:

If you are on a MAC, I have seen LTU not working before.
