Unable to download AutoCAD

Hi,

I am student at the University of Central Missouri and I wanted to install Autocad on my computer to further test my interests in computer science; however, I am unable to download the product. I either get a communication error when downloading it from the download page, or a "You do not have access to download any products at this time." on the 'download products' section of my account management. I am curious as to why this is happening. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Are you trying to download the student software from Education Community? If you are unable to download from there, please disable your firewall and anti-virus programs, and download the software from our Virtual Agent (click on Download Links, choose product and version). Then use your serial number and product key to activate it. Hope this helps!
