Unable to Download AutoCAD Freestyle

I'm unable to download AutoCAD Freestyle. I continue to get the following  Error Message, Failed to download Eula, please check your internet connection and try again.

I saved the AcadFreestyleSetup.exe file to my flash drive and tried launching the program and the screen only says Setup is initializing and all I see is the cursor turned into a hour glass. Then I open the Windows Task Manager and it says that AutoCAD Freestyle Setup is not responding.

Try the following to see if it helps:

1. Check your user permissions on the machine (Admin rights desired)

2. Check to see stringent settings in Internet Options

3. Uninstall all versions of Microsoft .net frameworks on your machine and download the .net framework 3.5 SP 1 from the

link below:
