Unable to activate

after installing AutoCAD 2010, I am prompted to activate or run the 30 day trial.  When I try to activate I get a message that tells me it was unable to detect an internet connection.  I have an internet connection, yet I am still unable to activate the product.  How can I resolve this issue.  I only have 25 days left.

Call the activation department directly at 1-800-551-1490 and get your activation code this way.
