I have tried to transfer the license that I have currently from one pc to the new pc I have and the invalid product key keeps coming up. I verified this on the software box I have and there is nothing wrong with the key. Please help

I tried searching for your license through your email address but did not find any associated serial numbers. To have your license verified, please contact our Activation and Registration department directly through our Contact Us page. Select your issue, topic, and then "I still need help" to pull up the associated chat options. If you have any other questions please let us know. Thank you!
