trying to download

My name is Yu,

while i trying to download and install the trial version it keeps failing on me at the same spot. 

Here is the ending part of the error script:

Do you click on the Install Now button?  Have you tried clicking on the Browser Download option to download the app first and then install?  You should see a pull down arrow in the button with that as one of the choices.
