Trying to buy expired version of LT 2013

The trial period has ended on LT 2013 installed on my computer, a new Windows 8 Dell PC.  When I start it up and click on "Buy" -  I keep getting blank Autodesk Licensing screen, nothing further.  How do I connect via the program?

Do I need to turn off firewall?

Hi naglepc:

 

You can visit our onlin store directly through http://store.autodesk.com and puchase from there. Once you have the serial number and product key, you can choose to activate your trial version. In case you encounter any activation issue, you can contact our Registration and Activation Team for assistance.
