I have bought through a reseller, but I put in the serial number and product key ok and it is then asking me for id and password. I have put in my users details (which I have managed to log on with ok in the support area) but it just keeps coming back to activate with another user id and password (off which I have created for myself) and still it is not working.
Am I missing something? is the reseller meant to supply with logon details?
Not getting alot of help on the internet about it and there are no contact numbers for urgent help!!
