I installed Trueview 2013 64 bit on a Dell M6600 laptop. It installs, but when run it says ac1st18.dll missing. UAC and antivirus were off. Tried uninstall/install again and repair, same problem. Copied ac1st18.dll from AutoCAD 2012 folder but then it was missing another dll. Copied that, then it gave another message about something else missing.
