I have a single user that just received AutoCAD LT 2014 and we also installed TrueView 2014. TrueView 2014 worked for a while but then he got "This Version DWG TrueView Was Not Installed Properly." We repaired installed, reinstalled and uninstalled/reinstalled and we still get this. Any suggestions?
See errror attached...
I would uninstall DWG TrueView, reboot your computer and then re-install it.

We've done that several times. Even logged in as local administrator to install it. I tried it under his profile, several times and it works. When he came into work today, error is back. He also uses AutoCAD LT 2014 and it has no problems.
Any other suggestions? W

May I ask why your user needs the viewer when they have AutoCAD installed?
It is just the way the drafters like to work. We used MBS (Metal Bulding Software) and it gives them options to VIEW or EDIT a drawing. The viewer always goes to TrueView.
This is a single user who is having this problem and it may be profile related. But would still like to get it working...
