Same prolem here. Earlier version worked. When opening drawing in Design Review it said needed latest version of DWG TrueView. Downloaded from Autdesk web site and now stuck. Looks like a 32 bit version was downloaded. Can't find 64-bit version although have seen references to one on other discussion groups.
My system: Windows 7, 64bit
Did a little searching on the Autodesk web site. Go here
and follow directions for Manual Installation using the Bootstrap Installer (click on link)
Takes some time but it worked for me. I guess it gets around the downloaded version not having all the installation files compressed into it (the missing dwgviewr.msi file). Come on Autodesk, you can do better than this.
I realized I was trying to install the 32 bit version on my 64 bit system. I found the 64 bit verision here http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/pc/item?siteI
