Trouble Installing Inventor 2014 Student Dowload

Hi all my name’s Manny and I was woundering if any of you can help me out with a little problem. I’m having a little problem installing Invemtor Pro free student download. I’ve been trying to install the program for about a week now. I’ve attached a screenshot of where the installation keeps getting stuck. I appreciate you’re help .

Check out the following, try using the 3rd option for the Virtual Agent.

Once at the virtual agent pick on Download Links, then the product and version you wish to download.

If downloading the 64-bit version of Inventor make sure to download both Part1 and Part2.
