trouble installing 3ds max trial

Hi, I can't install 3ds max trial version downloaded from this website

I run the computer as administrator

I have already uninstalled and installed  all the file c++

Prompt is empty

Antivirus is swiched off

I'm tring from months... please,  I need help ...
