Transferring license

I transferring my license from my old computer to my new one.  I replaced the hard drive on the computer, nothing should have changed when I installed the operating system, windows 7.  I was unable to connect to the internet.  Entertainment Suite 2013 was installed.  A few of the programs were installed.  I want of transfer that license to the new computer which plays everything. The message I get is you have 30 days to activate.  How do I save and transfer to new computer?

Simply reactivate the product on the new computer since it is retired on the old one.  If you do not have Internet access, you can do this over the phone.
