Transfering a License from Europe to US

The parent company that I work for, which is based in Germany, has a full license of Revit Architecture. The person that manages the BIM assests in Germany, and who uses Revit, is doing an internship in the US with me and was wondering if the license for the Revit seat was transferable to his new workstation in the US ? Any issues here. Can he just uninstall and unlicense the seat in Germany and bring the software to the US ?

Hi Zack,

The software will not activate if you try to use it in a country other than the one it was purchased in. In order to utilize it in the US, you would need to apply for a Transfer of License.
