totally blank screen for activation even after trying everything

I am using internet explorer 8, Net protector antivirus o windows 7 64bit OS
when i open autocad 2012, a window showing "Product license Activation" shows up, it says my licence is expired and i need to reactivate my account. there is a repair button after clicking on it and agreeing to privacy policy, a totally blank window is opening, it has nothing,not even radio buttons..absolutely blank!
I need help!
