Time for license return after close

When a user closes Inventor how long until their license returns to the pool for a different user to pick it up?

What is the minimum & how can it be enforced?

when you close it returns the license in the pool unless you borrowed a license from the pool then varies

Is the license returned to the pool instantly or does it take 15 minutes?
