Hello Sarabdayal and welcome to the Autodesk Community!

I tried researching your email address in our system but I did not find you as being associated to any serial number. For direct licensing assistance please contact our Activation and Registration department through our Contact Us page. Select your issue, topic, and then "I still need help" to pull up the associated chat options. If you have any other questions please respond to this post. Thank you!

Could you please send me a Private Message (click on my grace.liu profile name and then “Send this user a private message”) with your Serial Number and Product Key, I will help to check it. Or you also could contact our support team through the  Contact Us page for direct support. Select your issue, topic, and then "I still need help" to pull up the associated chat options. If you have any other questions please respond to this post.

Hi Stan, welcome to the Autodesk Community!

Please, send me your serial number and request code via Private Message (click on my camilo.lemos profile name and then on Send This User a Private Message) and I'll look into this for you.

Alternatively, you can contact our Registration & Licensing team directly via this link.
