I download the student version of maya 2015. I got it to work on 30days trial. I try to activate while my trial had not ended. I select the recommended connect now and activate! then in red text The serial number you entered is not valid. Try again. (1).  What should i do?

Hi Sa Yang,

Where did you download the software? Did you download it from the Education Community Site? After download, were you provided a 900 Serial # and that didn't work during activation?

If so, we suggest that you create another EDU account with a different email address and download any other available Products again. You will then be provided a new and unique Serial # that starts with 900.
