Hard Drive crashed with my copy of ACAD LT 2014 on it.  When I attempt to re-activate on new drive it gives me that error message... how do i fix this?

Greetings and welcome to the Autodesk Community!

Typically when a serial number returns that type of error the license has either been marked upgraded or returned. I did try searching your system using your email address to locate a serial number but found no associated licenses. To confirm your serial number please contact our Activation and Registration team:

1.    Visit http://knowledge.autodesk.com/contactus
2.    Select “Activation & Registration” or “License Management”
3.    Select appropriate subtopics from the pull-down menus.
4.    Select “I Still Need Help”  if you need personal assistance.

If you have any other questions or concerns please let me know. Thank you!
