Hi Jim,

I removed the Serial Number from the post. Moving forward please avoid posting any License or personal information for Security and Privacy reasons.

The Serial # you provided has been Upgraded to Autodesk Product Design Suite Ultimate 2015. This License is under an Active Contract in which you are the Contract Manager. Yes,  Previous Version is a benefit if you have an Active Contract but it is only up to 3 versions back.

Let me know if you need further clarication.

Once you upgrade you lose the right to keep installing and using the old version in the future.
If the old version was important to keep you would have needed to buy the next version at full price and not an upgrade.
So yes, it's too late now, that licensing ship has sailed.
So what is this old add-on exactly? Perhaps there is an upgrade to it too.

you say may ship has sailed, i've paid this subscription fee yearly for over twenty five years and this is the response i get. trust me it's no the only ship that sailed. i've been a loyal autocad user, i would have expected more.

Hi Jim,

Here is the link to the article about how to request a license to use previous versions of Autodesk software on Subscription.

Best regards,
