I have the same issue as another guy on the forum. I have a 1 seat license for a copy of Autodesk Design Suite Standard 2012 that was installed on an old laptop, and Ive upgraded and now trying to reinstall and activate, It fails and says I have entered a non valid serial no.

Please help.

And does anyone else think its absolutly ridiculous that Autodesk has zero over the phone support for its products?

if the serial number was upgraded it will not activate on online you have to manually put in an activation code from autodesk by calling them

Autodesk does offer phone support you would have to buy Advanced support with your product
