The serial number you entered is not valid. Try again. (1)

 

I have a New Autocad 2014 on an PC that I would like to install to a new one, I've tried registering the software and it keeps generating the error 'The serial number you entered is not valid. Try again. (1)' and have checked the serial number is correct. I've looked through the support documents, how to fix problems with it.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated,
