The request code you entered is not valid. Try again (Error 3)

Hi!

I've installed AutoCAD 2015 on my pc and while going through the student product license activation process, I keep receiving an error message while trying to input my given request code:  "The request code you entered is not valid. Try again (Error 3)"

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Did you get your Request Code via these steps? You can send me a Private Message (click on my joane.bonghanoy profile name and then “Send this user a private message”) with your Serial # and Request Code so I can manually activate it for you.
