The "Create & modify a deployment" tool doesn't show file locations

I've created a deployment for Revit Architecture 2011 that installs all of the content to the shared folders as required. Success.
I've also created a deployment to be used when installing Revit on client machines that skips the installation of all of the content previously placed in the shared folders. Success.
After playing around with the program a bit I've created a template I'd like to be used by each machine by default so I fire up the tool that should allow me to do this but nowhere in the modification process am I granted access to the file locations. It seems like this is the primary purpose of this tool so what's going wrong?

I am having similar issues.  This feature has been in the Revit family as far back as 2008, and maybe further back.  Where do we go now to modify the file locations?  In the deployment files on our shared server, there are 2 Revit.INI files.  These seem to be the likely place that these changes are made, but are they made to both files?  To one, or the other?

Location:

\\OurServer\Revit2011-net\AdminImage\RevitSetup\RevitStructure\program files\Autodesk\Root\program\Revit.ini

\\OurServer\Revit2011-net\AdminImage\RevitSetup\RevitStructure\Revit.ini

When I ran this post by some Revit Support Technicians here at Autodesk they said Best Practices for Deploying Revit are covered in this AU course and to suggest you review it.

Let us know how things go.
