The product key entered is not valid. Verify ad re-enter it.

I got the serial number and the product key from my auto desk account which makes me have the right ones for sure.

every time i enter them, it keeps on telling me that the product key is not valid. i want to activate the 2013 version because this is what they want me to use at my university.

Any help? suggestions?

i have assignments to submit so an early reply would be great!

Here are the product keys for 2013.  Make sure you type them in instead of copy/paste.
