The Portable License Utility seems to be missing.

Usually the PLU shows up in the short list of programs at the Start Menu, but I haven't used this computer for a while.  Now it does not show up anywhere.  It is not under the Autodesk folder in the programs menu and I can't see it anywhere else.

If you have installed the network version of the software, the PLU icon will not figure in the cascase menu.

 

Only in case of a standalone version will the option appear.

 

Please check the installation type.
