t-splines serial number

Hello you all,

maybe someone of you could help me...

i tried to install t-splines for rhino.

the download work fine, but then it didn´t generated a serial number and key for me so i couldn´t install it.

all the other installations are worl´king pretty fine, including a serial number and key, except of t-splines.

does maybe someone know why it´s not worling and what i can do about?

it´s kind of a little bit urgent...

Hi, Sorry but I don't know where and with I could talk about my problem.
This morning I bought t-Splines for my pc (windows 7), I installed with serial number and key product without any problem, but when I have opened Rhino there wasn't any T-splines voice on the menu on the top .
What can I do?
Sorry for my english, it's very poor.
