T-Splines for Rhino installation folder not accessible

I'm trying to install T-Splines for RHino (x64) on Windows 7 64bit.  Rhino 64bit is already installed.  The T-Splines installer complains that the default installation directory (C:\Program Files\Autodesk\T-Splines for Rhino\) is not accessible.  I've tried other folders and get the same result.

It looks like we don't have any information on such an error. Could it be a permissions issue? Are you using an administrator account? Could you post a screenshot of the error here?

Also does the directory in question currently exist or is the installer trying to create it?
