Hello barekinci91,

It looks like you haven't activated the software yet. What happens when you click on the activate button and enter your student license info?

Hi barekinci91,

I'm not sure what you mean on your last message. Did you try to click on the "Activate" button? Were you able to enter the serial number you got from the Education Community?

Regards,

Camilo Lemos

Please be cautious of posting sensitive information as this a a public forum / I deleted one of the previously posted images as it contained your serial number.

Are you able to generate a request code? If so can you please send me a Private Message (click on my philip.s profile name and then "Send this user a private message") with it so that I can generate an activation code for you.
