Student version Alias automotive 2014 wont activate

I cant seem to get my installed version of 2014 Alias Automotive to activate. It says i have the wrong serial #.

I took alook at your account and I didn't see a 2014 alias automotive there just a 2013. Did you perhaps need to request a new license? You might want to consider reaching out to the student license support team at support@autodesk.zendesk.com if there's some question about the licenses on your student account.
